Important information about Abstract Submission

Caution on Abstract Submission

  • If you intend to submit more than two abstracts, please do submit ONLY one abstract at once. If you open more than two submission pages, all information you enter may be lost and not successfully saved in the system.
  • Please do not use "Back" button on your browser, as all information you enter in the ongoing page will be lost. If you wish to make correction, please complete the submission first, then go to "Review/Modify" page.
  • Abstract Submission System is supposed to work correctly on [Microsoft Edge], [Google Chrome] and [Safari]. Please do not use this system on other browsers, as the system may not run correctly and may cause unexpected errors.
  • After you successfully submit an abstract, you will receive an automatically dispatched e-mail confirming your submission and informing an Abstract Identification Number (Abstract ID). If you do not receive your confirmation e-mail within 24 hours, please verify your e-mail address. Your e-mail address will be used for further correspondence, such as a notification of abstract acceptance. This system does not support to SAVE PAGES. Complete your submission once you start.
  • In order to review and modify the contents of abstract, you need Submission ID and Password.
